Weightlifting

In Musclefit Program there will be focus on different weightlifting exercises, to improve your technique and to become stronger. Snatch, Clean and Jerk will be in focus.

In crossfit you have to master different gymnastic exercises, which often require good technique to perform. This is why there will be used time to practice technique in the different gymnastic movements.

who are we?

MuscleFit Program is developed by Annika Aunstrup Olsen & Maria Buk Jørgensen
We both have a master in Science and health and work as personal trainers.
We both started doing crossfit in 2017 and have competed in multiple competitions througout the years.
We have taught crossfit classes since 2019 and have a lot of experience with coaching crossfit athletes to optimize their performance in the sport
